Cheryl Cole on Will.I.Am has set his sights on the 23-year old.
According to Black Eyed Peas rapper has vowed to make Tulisa a star in America - much like he did with the Girls Aloud beauty after [uuid=346cdc78-1205-49f4-a1da-f90a9cd1eba1]N-Dubzwere [uuid=df3ee577-6424-45b2-b24c-54f73cb81e95]reportedly dropped[/uuid] by Stateside record label, Def Jam.
His friend, LA based singer Malik Pointer, told the publication: "Will sees thousands of acts every year and it's rare that he's as struck by someone as he has been by Tulisa."
Pointer added: "American audiences will totally lap her up - she's young, sexy, ballsy and she can sing."
