Whether you admit it or not, reality shows are one of the most addictive (and amazing) things in the world. Legit. So if you're totes up-to-date with your 'Geordie Shore, Rich Kids of Beverly Hills' and 'The Kardashians', you might want to start bingeing on some of these classics. Who needs a social life anyway?

1. 'RuPaul’s Drag Race'

What: An 'America's Next Top Model'-style race for the fiercest of drag queens. There's bitching, backstabbing and the most amount of shadiness on TV. FYI, some of our most beloved saying like 'Yaaaaasss queen' and 'Hiiiiiiieeeee' originated from the queens. Yes gawd!

When: 2009-2016

2. Million Dollar Listing: New York

What: New York brokers Ryan, Fredrick and Luis wheel and deal some of the most amazing NYC real estate ever. With Fredrick's craziness and Ryan's one-liners, you'll be even more gutted that you don't have $50million to spend on a 3-bedroom overlooking Central Park. Stupid no money.

When: 2012 - 2016

3. 'Newlyweds: Nick and Jessica'

What: Follow Jessica Simpson and first husband Nick Lachey as they try and navigate the first years of marriage. As we all know, it didn't work out but it's hilarious to see how Nick deals with Jessica's bimbo comments like, ''Is this chicken I have, or fish? I know it's tuna but it says chicken by the sea. Is that stupid?" BRILLIANT.

4. 'The Real Housewives'

What: Dubbed as the real 'Desperate Housewives', a group of very wealthy women, fight, make-up and spend a ton of cash. We've seen cat-fights, divorces, bankruptcy and some serious cuckoo moments from the ladies of Beverly Hills, Atlanta, New York, Cheshire, Orange County, New Jersey and tons more. FYI, Gigi Hadid's mum, Yolanda, and Paris Hilton's aunts Kim and Kyle, star in the swanky Beverly Hills version.

When: 2006-2016

5. 'The Hills'

What: Lauren Conrad moves to LA to follow her dream of making it in fashion. She brings along her mate Heidi and meets Audrina and Whitney along the way. The girls go through break-ups, live it up at the most glam parties and have some MASSIVE dramas. When Heidi starts dating Spencer and he tells everyone that Lauren has a sex tape, her and Lauren become one of the most famous broken friendships of all time. "I wanna forgive you and I wanna forget you!"

When: 2006-2010

6. 'Laguna Beach'

What: Pre-'The Hills, 'Lauren Conrad grew up in Laguna Beach, California, where she was discovered when a reality show was made about her high school. The show was made to show the real version of 'The O.C', and just like 'The Hills', it sees Lauren fall out with friends, have her heart broken and help her friends deal with the same. Her arch nemesis Kristen Cavallari, who took over her spot on 'The Hills' when she left, joins Lauren in a love-triangle that we still remember today, with Stephen Colleti, who later went on to star in 'One Tree Hill'.

7. 'Bad Girls Club'

What: A group of self-proclaimed 'bad girls' all head into a house together. That's literally the premise of the show. But it's drama central. If you like the fighting, backstabbing and partying parts of reality shows then this is totally for you.

8. 'Making The Band 4'

What: P Diddy/ Puff Daddy/ Diddy decides to create a new girl band, Danity Kane, new boy band, Day26 and solo artist Donnie. The girls and guys have to compete for Diddy's approval but along the way there's fight and romance when they're put in the same house. Plus some bangin' tunes. It's sooooo good. Aubrey O'Day is probs the stand-out character of the show and is now appearing in E!'s new show 'Famously Single. 'Although there were other versions of the show, this one fo sho the best one.

9. 'The Simple Life'

What: Socialites Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie are taken away from their glamourous, glitzy lifestyles and plonked in mid-America so stay with different familes. They work on farms, help out with chores and try and bond with these 'normal' families. But it's Paris and Nicole so there's a lot of sneaking out, partying and use of Paris' famous phrase, 'that's hot'. Plus if you're eagle-eyed you'll spot Kim Kardashian in her TV debut.

When: 2003-2007

10. 'Filthy Rich Cattle Drive'

What: A group of rich kids head to a Cattle Ranch to become ranch hands. It's kinda 'The Simple Life' on a bigger scale but it stars Kourtney Kardashian before 'The Kardashians 'with a bunch of the Kardashian hangers on which you probs won't know the names of but will probs have seen the surgically-enhanced faces of.

When: 2005

11. 'Vanderpump Rules'

What: The show is set at SUR, Lisa Vanderpump's (of 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' fame), Hollywood restaurant. The kids of SUR consists of young, hot wait and bar staff and the drama is REAL. You've got queen bee Stassi, her love rat boyf Jax and their mates who know no boundries when it comes to hooking up with anyone they choose.

When: 2013-2016

12. The Girls Next Door

What: Hugh Hefner and his three blonde girlfriends, Holly Madison, Bridget Marquardt and Kendra Wilkinson all live together in the Playboy mansion and you get to see it all. This show is especially amazing to watch now, knowing that Holly and Kendra have written wildly different tell-alls about their time in the mansion. Watching the show, you'll love Holly and Hef's relationship and Bridget and Kendra's antics but it seems that behind the love, there was A LOT of acting. Drama!

13. 'The Millionaire Matchmaker'

What: Patti Stanger is so sassy it's amazing. She and her team, have millionaire clients who are looking for love. Normally they're rich, oblivious, d-bags who Patti whips into shape with some cutting words. The clients are presented with a bevvy of options and they pick someone to date. Sometimes there is love but mostly there's just bitching and harsh critiques as Patti judges everything from their dress to their weave. And as seasons go on, the clients get more famous. Ideal.

14. 'Total Divas'

What: Follow the uber kick-ass women of WWE or the 'divas' behind the scenes of the world-famous wrestling company. You get to see the love, heartache and careers of the women including the Bella sisters and their famous wrestling boyfs John Cena and Bryan Danielson. You'll fall in actual love with John. He's legit the nicest guy on TV.

When: 2013-2016

15. 'Real World'

What: A bunch of strangers are put into a house to live together and see what happens. Pretty much 'Big Brother' except they can leave the house and go party, get a job and interect with non-cast members. There's a ton of sex, booze and fights. Plus sometimes there's some legit romance. The ideal mixture for reality, really.

When: 1992-2016

16. 'I Love New York'

What: If you haven't seen this or 'Flavour of Love' then you would have had no idea who Tiffany Pollard was on 'Celebrity Big Brother' this year. And if you didn't watch that either then you have MISSED OUT. She calls herself the Head Bitch In Charge (HBIC), takes no shiz and comes out with the funniest one liners. This show focuses on her trying to find love and it's HILARIOUS. You'll adore her.
