Cheryl Fernandez-Versini has taken to Instagram to tease that she knows some “juicy gossip” on the day that it emerged that Nick Grimshaw is rumoured to be joining the 'X Factor' judging panel.

As we previously reported, Grimmy is said to be one of the favourites to join Simon Cowell, Chezza and Co, after it was claimed that Louis Walsh had been sacked.

SiCo himself added fuel to the fire after appearing to confirm that Louis had left the ITV talent show after 11 years, tweeting: “Louis Walsh is one of the good guys. We will always be friends. The door remains open and who knows what's next......."

After the news broke that Grimshaw would be the perfect replacement, Cheryl posted a snap of herself looking shocked on Instagram.

She gave the pic the cryptic caption: “#Mondaymayhem when you hear some juicy gossip that you know is true ooooh..”

Come on Chezza, tell us! The former Girls Aloud star could also be alluding to the fact that One Direction star Louis Tomlinson has also been linked to a guest mentor role, apparently being lined up to help Simon Cowell at Judges’ Houses.
