The John Lewis Advert Is Here And It'll Definitely Brighten Up Your Morning
Animals and trampolines = a match made in heaven.
Well that's definitely brightened up our dull Thursday morning.
After much anticipation (and a depressing last few days for Hillary supporters), the John Lewis advert is FINALLY here to bring us all the christmas joy... and it's more wonderful than we imagined.
Apparently lots of people thought last year's 'Man On The Moon' was just too much of a tearjerker so this year the company opted for something a lot more heart-warming.
The $7 million advert features a little girl Bridget, her family and their dog, Buster The Boxer. Bridget's parents decide to surprise her with trampoline for Christmas, setting it up in the garden on Christmas Eve whilst she's asleep.
That evening, the garden comes alive with foxes, badgers and squirrels who discover the trampoline and decide to have a jolly 'ol bounce on it and it all turns into one huge wildlife party.
On Christmas Day, Buster (who jealously watched all this commotion the night before) beats the little girl to her present by running past her and bouncing on the trampoline first.
Cute AF.
Craig Inglis, Customer Director at John Lewis, said: "2016 has certainly been quite a year, so we hope our advert will make people smile. It really embraces a sense of fun and magic, reminding everyone what it feels to give the perfect gift at Christmas."

"Each year we work with a charity which fits our ad, and we hope this year’s campaign will encourage more children to discover a love of British wildlife and encourage support of The Wildlife Trust."
We know what we'd like for Christmas - a dog AND a trampoline plz and thank you.
