Eavis stated: "The Edge enjoyed the experience and he's had a taste of playing now so I'm sure the band are really keen to do it when it suits them…"
He added: "This is an ongoing conversation for next year."
Despite this year's Glasto only just ending yesterday, Eavis also claimed that he already has a number of names in mind to headline the event in 2011 but refused to reveal who they are.
