Sugababes, The Darkness and The Pogues all perform at the Meteors...
U2 scooped three gongs at last night's Meteor Ireland Music Awards in Dublin.
Adam Clayton was on hand to pick up awards for best Irish band, best Irish album and best live performance. Other winners on the night included Gwen Stefani, Kanye West and Kaiser Chiefs.
Westlife took home the best Irish pop act for the sixth year in a row, and the boys revealed that they could soon record a track with Michael Jackson. Singer Shane Filan said: "It would be a cool thing to do. We are all big fans."
The ceremony at the Point Theatre was hosted by comedian Patrick Kielty, and performances came courtesy of Sugababes, McFly, Jamie Cullum and The Darkness.
The Pogues picked up the lifetime achievement award, and finished the night with a rousing rendition of Irish Rover with the Dubliners.
