Union J George: 'I'm Not A Cake-Destroying Maniac'
Union Jstar Little Mix star Jesy Nelson's birthday cake in a bout of hi-jinks during a night out to mark her 21st.
He explained: "The other girls made her a birthday cake and we all left the club - me, Jesy and Sonny from the Loveable Rogues - and Sonny threw a bit of cake in my face.
"So I thought, 'Right, I'm going to get him back'. I picked up a bit of the cake and went to throw it at him in front of the paps. They all took a photo of me with this cake in my hand looking really angry, and then another picture of Jesy hiding away from the paps.
"This story has come out of it like I'm some kind of cake-destroying maniac who throws cake at paparazzi!"
And George also denied discarding Jesy's ruined cake by the roadside.
"The best thing about it is that the paps took a picture of the cake on the side of the road and they were like, 'George later dumped it on the side of the road'. I'm like, 'No, I didn't see the cake!'"
