Union J's George Shelley Bags Date With Selena Gomez

Union J star Selena Gomez in Portugal next month.

 

Back in June, Gomez recorded a video message for Shelley, asking him to "give [her] a call" on CBBC show Justin Bieber's ex, the 20-year old told The Mirror: "Selena's one of those massive celebrities who doesn't even know you exist, so I was gobsmacked.

 

"I thought it was a lookalike at first [on the video]. I could feel my cheeks going red and the lads laughed at me."

 

"I will try to call Selena beforehand so it's not too awkward when we meet. My perfect date would be to go the beach at night. We could have a little bonfire."
