Pair are set perform at the special show in September...
Ora joins the likes of Emeli Sande, Jessie J and Rizzle Kicks at the gig, which is being held in memory of Lawrence, who was murdered in a racially-motivated attack 20-years ago.
Beverley Knight has also been announced to perform at the special show, will take place at London's O2 Arena on September 29.
Tinie Tempah, Plan B, Ed Sheeran, Labrinth, Rudimental, Soul II Soul and Jamie Cullum will also take to the stage.
Stephen's mum Doreen previously said of the gig: "I would like Stephen to be remembered as a young man who had a future.
"He was well loved, and had he been given the chance to survive maybe he would have been the one to bridge the gap between black and white because he didn't distinguish between black or white. He saw people as people."
Speaking of the concert, she added: "Our aim is to build hope for the future. Justice for Stephen is about all of us, every one of us, in society having justice. I want young people to feel inspired, be confident and have hope in their own future."
