I am a trainee & have been in my workplace for 4 months. Now, every time I ask my boss for help she fobs me off with some half arsed answer.
This morning I have asked her for help 3 times and she's just told me to look at it myself, the last time I asked I said "I'm sorry but I can't do this, can you look at it" she flicked through and told me to look into it. again.
What should I do?
Is it appropriate to speak to one of the partners about it?
