RE: One Day As A Lion at least they didn't choose a name particular to the area when they set up the franchise. as they say in Baseketball "the New Orleans Jazz moved to Utah.....where they don't allow music."

RE: Top 5 last films you've watched 1) The Naked Gun: 33 and a 1/3
2) Tell No One (classy French thriller)
3) The Edge Of Love (not bad. probably better cos it was a free viewing.)
4) Batman (no comment necessary)
5) Fargo (ditto)
RE: Top 5 Glastonbury moments 2008 he's just that kind of person. swaggering Manc(esque) chump with daft hair and pointy cheeks. his music could be fantastic (don't think it is, personally) but i would always hate him for saying things like "there is no time and space" and holding the microphone to his chest as if anyone can hear his wimpy heart beating over the guitars.
thanks to Oasis i spent most of my teenage years wading through wankers like that and it scars, i tell ya. we had someone coming into school assembly once and play with their band and the singer was your standard Liam aping ape who sung with his hands behind his back, hunched over the mic, PLAYING A FUCKING TAMBOURINE and at the end he got in a strop and hurled the tambo offstage and walked off. funny if he was joking but he really did think he was the bees bollocks.
RE: Top 5 Glastonbury moments 2008 the only good thing i saw on Sunday was Neil Diamond. i had violent thoughts whenever the Beeb showed Mark Ronson (which was a lot) and wanted to smack Richard Ashcroft in the chops.
should probably have watched stuff drom Friday and Saturday. glad you enjoyed it though. (posted 01/07/08 in Top 5 » Top 5 Glastonbury moments 2008)

then why does sweat not kill the bacteria? evolution should've ironed these problems out generations ago.

every year they have to hire a truck to remove all the stools people leave behind. you'd be amazed how many people do it.

it's annoying though. i've missed several bands cos the tent was rammed. QOTSA in '99 are a prime example.

no actors can use autocue. it explains why they're all, without fail, shit at presenting awards.
MTV House sounds like an early 90s thing. i bet it has nothing to do with music though.

i have three in heavy rotation and one for special occasions. also, one technically isn't a glass but i include it here cos it rules.
1 Homer Simpson American style mug with handle (but pint sized. ha!)
1 Badger branded curvy pint glass
1 pewter tankard with my name on it.
and 1 tulip style Kasteel glass. for beers wot knock your block off.
