Usher has returned to the R&B scene with a bang, topping the UK Album chart with his fifth studio LP Here I Stand.

The album is the first release since Confessions in 2004 for Usher and it knocked Ting Tings off of the top spot who have moved to number four.

Duffy has moved up to number two with 'Rockferry', Neil Diamond is at three with 'Home Before Dark' and a new entry see's the Pigeon Detectives at number five with 'Emergency'.

Both Ting Tings and Duffy also have singles in the Top 5 of the UK chart with Rihanna's 'Take A Bow' taking the number 1 spot.
