Usher's Ex-Wife Files For Full Custody Of Sons
Tameka claims the R&B star has not upheld his responsibilities as a father...
Usher's ex-wife Tameka Raymond has reportedly filed for full custody of their two children.
The couple, who divorced back in 2009 after two years of marriage, currently have a joint custody agreement for 4-year old Usher Raymond V and Naviyd Ely Raymond, aged 3 - with Tameka now seeking full care of the youngsters.
According to TMZ, they have obtained court documents where Tameka claims that Usher has not upheld his responsibilities as a father, asking the judge to remove his custodial rights.
Tameka has accused the OMG singer of a series of offences, including failure to tell her when travelling out-of-state with the children and not asking her approval when employing nannies to look after their sons.
She also said Usher refused to give her permission to take the children on holiday for two weeks in summer 2011, as well as going back on his word when it came to her spending time with them during her agreed timeslot over Xmas last year.
In the papers, Tameka also complained that Usher had closed her Saks 5th Avenue credit card, with the 33-year old R&B star also alleged to owe $34,000 (£21,791) in back payments for a nanny hired by his ex.
Usher's former partner also claims that a "substantial change in [Usher's] income" since their divorce implies that she should receive more child support.
According to the Daily Mail, Tameka has since dismissed the reports, denying that he never told Usher 'you don't deserve our kids', branding the accusations a "lie."
A hearing in the case is scheduled for today, Wednesday 30th November.
