V Festival Sells Out In Record Time
The 15th anniversary looks to be biggest yet…
Tickets for this year’s V Festival, sold out in record time according to organisers.
Tickets for the two day festival went on sale at 9am on Friday morning, but were so popular that they had sold out in just an hour and a half.
Organisers said: "Selling out in 1.5 hours is true testament to the passion of our fans and success of V Festival's 15th anniversary."
Acts confirmed for V Festival include Kasabian, Kings of Leon, The Prodigy, Pet Shop Boys, Cheryl Cole, Madness and Stereophonics.
The event takes place in both Essex and Staffordshire.
