Having risen to fame on reality TV, Vicky Pattison knows a thing or two about about constantly being in the limelight.

Which is exactly why she's always looking out for her friends who are newbies to the biz, particularly Celebrity Big Brother's Megan McKenna.

Catching up with Vicks at the launch of her Mini V nutrition range recently, the fitness guru explained why she's a little protective of her mini me.

"I was concerned for her in the Big Brother house, I think she displays a lot of characteristics that were similar to mine when I was younger and because of that I feel for her in a way cause I just want to protect her a bit," she began.

Adding: "Saying that, after some of her displays in the house she doesn't need anyone to protect her. I just want her to do well, she's a nice girl."

While as for what she think of Jordan Davies' recent outburst at Megan, who has also starred on Ex On The Beach, well, she's just not interested.

"I just said to her please don't think that I've taken a side or anything like that. I wish her the best of luck and I sort of told her to just always speak her mind and be herself.

"I'm friends with both of them and I would never want to pick a side or anything," Vicky explained.
