Vicky Pattison's latest upload is about to break Instagram, and that's because she's literally being flooded with praise in the comments section.

The former Geordie Shore lass dropped a new bikini snap, but instead of a highly edited and perfectly posed pic, she's given us a relaxed snap showing what she's described as her 'imperfect' and 'a bit squishy' stomach.

Vicky used the caption to let everyone know that it's OK to not be perfect, and life is just too damn short to aim for that anyway.

"Here is a picture of me eating Ice cream in a bikini- I’d like you all to pay attention to 2 things: Number 1: my stomach is not perfectly flat- it is in fact a bit squishy [sic]," she began.

She continued: "Number 2: I am not beating myself up over it- intact I’m pretty happy in this picture [sic]."
Why?! Because Life is way too short to spend it at war with yourself.....but I know that learning to like yourself & feel confident in your own skin can be a struggle at times. So I'm super excited to be speaking at an amazing@bodyconfidenceliveevent in Manchester on Saturday 6 October along with a fab line up of speakers who will talk about body confidence, self-esteem & wellbeing to help us all feel great [sic]," she added.

Vicky then invited her followers along to the positive event, which will raise money for The Royal Manchester Children's Hospital.

And loads of fans rushed to the comments to praise Vicks.

"Please keep it that little bit squishy, help us “normal” girls feel great 🙌🏼✨," wrote one person as another added: "Thank you for being an inspiration 💕."

"YASS!! Everything you stand for is just incredible! 😍🧡," wrote someone else as a fourth added.

Someone else wrote: "Question what everyone is thinking is what flavor is the ice cream? Is it chocolate, rocky road? The possibilities of ice cream are endless! 🍧," which was our thoughts EXACTLY.

That ice cream looks delish and so does Vicky.
