Vicky Pattison got a little emosh whilst talking on the Loose Women panel, whilst discussing being self critical and how social media trolls have affected her.
The panel's experiment included playing pre-recorded voice clips of themselves, revealing their true feelings about their own self worth.
The former Geordie Shore lass struggled to hold back tears when she heard her clip being replayed.
It said: "Oh my god, what are you doing here? You don’t fit in, you’re not as good as everyone else...everyone's looking at you and thinking who are you and what are you doing here. Make it easier for yourself and go now, because you're gonna fail and everyone is going to laugh".
After admitting that she felt stupid hearing that back, she revealed: "I try so hard to put on this persona, this brave face that you're strong and all these things that people say about you don't effect you but they totally do. I feel like sometimes I’m fighting a losing battle with negativity on social media.
"People tearing strips off you because of the way you look is never nice. But I get everything from people telling me I don’t deserve to be where I am because of the past I've had and the success I've got now."
She added: "I don’t want to be a role model for young girls and tell them to allow people to affect how you feel about yourself... but it is demoralising!"
The 28-year-old recently slammed trolls after being bombarded with abuse about her 'unflattering' bikini pictures.
After insisting that "its ok to be normal and sometimes get a picture taken from an angle that wasn't the best", Vick has received waves of support after seeing the emotional clip.
She wrote: "So overwhelmed by all your amazing support and messages after my appearance on this afternoon's @loosewomen.. It was a tough one for me!"
This woman speaks perfect sense. We think you're amazing in every way, Vicky!
