Posting two pictures taken "almost exactly a year apart,"Viks explained that her figure in the first image was widely slammed by critics while the other drew a heap of largely positive comments. And the difference in her weight? Practicallynothing.

Admitting that it took her a long time to make peace with the backlash, the Insta postadded: "I'm putting this up as I received loads of criticism and was downright body shamed when the picture on the left was released last year and I took a long time to bounce back from the negativity.

"On the other hand when the one of the right went out I was praised! What I'm trying to say is we can all take a bad picture, and we all have our favourite angles- we're human and we should not apologise for that!

After crediting her boyfriend John Noble for making her feel goodabout her figure, Vicky pointed out that we should all stop being so hung up on "weight difference" and instead work towards becoming more toned, happy, and healthy than ever.

"Stop putting so much pressure on yourself lasses and embrace who you are!! Love you all and I want you all to love yourselves! Short, tall, curvy or slim, big boobs, small boobs, light skin or dark... Whatever you look like! Be healthy, be happy and PROUD OF WHO YOU ARE!"

Hear, hear.
