In an emotional Instagram post, she wrote: “Wow.. What an amazing week with an amazing group of people!! THANKYOU as always @prestigebootcampfor having me 🖤
“I’ve been all over the place this summer both mentally and physically- I’ve made some great tv shows which I can’t wait for you guys to see but I’ve also suffered the worst pain of my life.
“Losing my best friend left me feeling lost and like I didn’t know what the point was anymore. I struggled to motivate myself, to even get out of bed never mind really get in a gym.
“I’ve realised the world will never be the same but I needed to start living my life again- as I’m sure that’s what Paul would have wanted. (Even as I write his name I’m crying.) This week has been challenging in a lot of respects but I needed it for my body and mind.
“I got great results and it’s certainly set me on the correct path for the next couple weeks- there’s a particularly big sporting charity event I’ve got my eye on running and this was a fantastic way to kick off my training.
After thanking the team for being so encouraging, she wrote: “I don’t think you know how much it means to me. You’ve helped put a piece of a quite broken girl back together.”
We’re sending all our love to Vicky as she continues down this road.
