Vicky Pattison Kicks Ass At Boot Camp
Judge Geordie has been getting down and dirty with some dumbbells on the beach...
She’s been a busy lass lately, but Vicky Pattison found the time to dedicate a few days to her fitness routine recently.
Judge Geordie popped into No 1 Boot Camp and was put through her paces for three days, doing things like running… and lunges… and weights… and other healthy activities.
Sounds a bit too energetic, doesn’t it?
But it did help her to lose 7lbs.
“I’ve been living on the road for the past couple of months, eating sandwiches and snacks and I’ve put on about 12lbs, and that’s what I’m here to lose at boot camp,” confessed Vicky.
“I was in good shape just before filming but now I’ve got a few lumpy bits that I would like to tone up.”

A low calorie diet, and six hours of intense workout sessions a day helped her do just that, dropping 3.65 inches off her waistline and hips.
The Geordie Shore star Instagrammed a “scruffy” selfie to show off her “summer bod”.
It’s almost enough to make us put away the ice cream and get off our arses.
