Geordie Shore babe Vicky Pattison’s new boobs are out to play tonight, as she revealed to MTV Style on the EMA red carpet, “It’s their first night out without the sports bra!”

Queen V – who had breast enlargement surgery earlier this year, taking her assets from a 32B to a 32D – has had her boobs strapped up in a sports bra since the op.

However, tonight as she hit the 2014 MTV EMA in a glittering black sequined gown by Liverpudlian designer Miss Francesca Couture, Vicky confirmed she was strapping-free.

“Miss Francesca Couture does a great job for womanly figures – it was all about showcasing the new ladies tonight,” said Vicky. “I wore her last night as well and I wore her at the EMA pre-party in Denmark.”

As for her stunning beauty look, Queen V was happy to leave the pros to it, saying, “I’m s**t at doing my own hair and make-up, and apart from anything else I didn’t want the pressure, so I had a lovely girl for hair and another for make-up.”
