Vicky Pattison Postpones Her Wedding By Two Years Because She’s 'Not Ready' For Marriage

The pair became engaged in July 2017 but have now decided to put their nuptials on hold.

Vicky Pattison has revealed that she and John Noble have delayed their wedding plans for the time being - pushingback the date of their nuptials to around two years later than first expected.

The former Geordie Shore lass has explained that she and long-term boyfriend John have a lot on their plate right now, and have decided that rushing a ceremony out in the next year or two would actually be counter-productive.

'Let's get checking out a bunch of celebs who fell in love with civilians, the brave souls...'

Instead the couple are focusing all their energies on renovating their dream house, with Vicky revealing in an interview with OK! magazine that she doesn’t feeltotally ready to "be a wife"just yet.

“We are putting the wedding back a year or two. We've been so stressed building our dream house and I haven't been able to dedicate enough time to the wedding as well,” she announced.

“I don't want to rush it and to be honest I don't think I'm ready to be a wife yet. I'm loving being a fiancée. Being a fiancée is young and exciting. I've just come to terms with being 30.”

Pointing out that she doesn’t want to ruin the engagement period by worryingabout napkins, photographers, and locking in a half-decent venue, Vicky continued: “I'm not ready to come to terms with being married yet as well. I want to enjoy my engagement for a few years.

“I have my whole life to be a wife so I want to give being a fiancée some loving for a few years too.”

But that doesn’t mean she and John aren’t totally committed to their future together, with Vicky only recently announcing that she’srevised her position on having children.

“I always said I didn't want children but being with John has totally changed my mind, we recently made the decision that children are very much part of our future.I've come to realise that life would be quite empty without them.”

All in good time.
