Former Geordie Shore lass Vicky Pattison discusses how her dieting got so extreme, she even had panic attacks in Nandos. Read the full story at MTV.co.uk.
There's no doubt about it - Vicky Pattison has got a bangin' bod.
The former Geordie Shore lass went through the most incredible body transformation when she decided to get fit and healthy and she continues to inspire more people everyday. But when revealing all about her dieting habits and fitness regime, it's actually not always been smooth sailing like we imagined.
The 28-year-old revealed to Star mag that dieting became addictive for her, and it went way too far: "I'd actually got to the point where I'd count how many blueberries I'd have with my porridge and track green tea on the MyFitnessPal app.
"I couldn't even go to Nandos without having a mild panic attack…it never made us happy. It was exhausting."
Now Vicky seems a little more relaxed with her regime, and reveals she's just human like the rest of us.
"There will be weeks when I'm like, 'I need kale, avocado, the gym and cardio.' I'm the living embodiment of health, Lucy Mecklenburgh style. But the next week I'll go to Tenerife with my mates, kiss a random boy and eat too many nachos with the gin and tonics flowing. I don't have a lot of balance."
Ok, she is literally our spirit animal.
Sadly, Vick received a load of cruel comments recently from online trolls over 'unflattering' bikini pictures whilst on holiday in Magaluf. She even got a bit emosh whilst discussing on the Loose Women panel about how these trolls have affected her confidence.
The 28-year-old has hit back at these bodyshamers via Instagram posts and interviews, saying: "If picking my body apart and calling me names makes you feel better, that says more about your character than the words you say about me."
She added: "Calling someone ugly doesn't make you pretty, calling someone fat doesn't make you thin, and calling someone a knob doesn't make you not a knob!"
Wise words from a wise lass!
