Vicky Pattison's Got A Message For I'm A Celeb Haters And It's Intense
The Queen of the Jungle has something VERY important to say...
It's pretty much the norm for contestants on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! to go on a voyage of self-discovery as they camp out in the jungle and chow down on kangaroo willies.
And it seems our lass Vicky Pattison - who was crowned Queen of the Jungle on the hit ITV reality show last weekend - is no exception.
The feisty former Geordie Shore star has basically gone all zen on us (sort of), judging by the way she's responded on Instagram to her haters.
She posted a fiercely powerful Insta quote saying: "Bitterness is like cancer. It eats upon the host. But anger is like fire. It burns it all clean."
And she explained: "I have learnt a lot about people from their actions while I was away. Initially I was angry, but now I feel nothing but pity for you. I suppose I have the flames to thank for that."
"Please remember: putting others down won't make you better, attacking someone's character says more about your own then(sic) anyone else's."
"Anger is not a weapon you use against others - it has a curved blade that turns itself in and destroys those who carry it."
Sounds like someone's had a LOT of time to think about things while they've been sat round the jungle fire.
But in true Vicky style, she had to include a punchy little opinion to finish things off.
She concluded: "Have courage, be kind and most importantly... Try not to be a knob (Pearls of wisdom, Vicky Pattison)".
Meanwhile, Vicky also gave us a fascinating glimpse into the workout routine she uses to maintain her svelte figure.
A video clip she also posted to Instagram showed her digging deep in the gym to complete a set of exercises on what look like battle ropes.
She captioned it: "Felt unreal to be getting back in the swing!"

Bug laughing at herself she added: "Is there any need for my sound effects and facial expressions?! I can't apologise enough but no pain, no gain!"
Consider yourself pardoned, Queen Vic.
