Posh and Becks are rumoured to be ditching Britain for good, putting Beckingham Palace on the market for a cool £18 million.
The Beckhams bought the seven-bedroom property soon after their memorable wedding in 1999 but have spent much of their time Stateside since David's move to LA Galaxy.
A source told The Mirror: "David and Victoria have been wanting to sell up for a couple of years now but the timing was never right.
"They didn't want to lose money, putting their homes up for sale during a slump in the property market. So, after getting it valued two years ago, decided to hold off until now."
Though the Hertfordshire pad cost Becks a mere £2.5 million to buy, the pair spent an eye-watering £18 million renovating the mansion, installing indoor and outdoor pools, a gym, studio and tennis courts amidst the 22-acre estate.
Also reportedly up for sale is the couple's £2.5 million house in France.
The source added: "They don't need the money, as such, but no longer use either place and realise in this current climate it's crazy to effectively throw cash away."
It is thought Victoria Beckham, who recently hit back at suggestions she is "miserable", is on the hunt for a small London pad but LA will become the family's permanent home.
