Victoria Beckham wept tears of joy last night (28th November) as she was awarded one of the top accolades at the Spice Girls star fought off tough competition from the likes ofDavid Beckham, stating: "Without David I wouldn't have had the courage to do what I'm doing."
Dressed in a floor-length backless black gown, Victoria was applauded by some famous faces in the audience, including Kelly Brook,Abbey Clancy and the Prime Minister's wife, Samantha Cameron.
David later congratulated his wife on Facebook, writing on his official page: "The boys and I are incredibly proud of Victoria after winning a prestigious British Fashion Award tonight. She has worked so hard and deserves all the recognition. It's amazing what she has achieved tonight, very special."
