Vin Diesel Gets Star On Hollywood Walk Of Fame

Vin Dieselhas joined the select band of showbiz luminaries to be given a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

The action movies star was honoured in a ceremony on Hollywood Boulevard yesterday, with some of his co-stars from the Fast & Furious franchise joining him.

Michelle Rodriguez and Jordana Brewster helped dedicate the star - and his Riddick co-star Katee Sackhoff was also there.

Vinny's star is the 2,504th to be dedicated on the well-known tourist attraction in Los Angeles.

ABC 7 quoted Rodriguez as saying: "I love Vin Diesel. On top of just being one of my best friends... this man dares to dream when people forget to dream.

"This guy, he looks at the impossible and says, 'When do we start?'"

Jennifer Lopez was awarded the 2,500th star earlier this summer.
