Katy Perry's VMA Teaser Clip Released

Katy Perry is on the prowl in her brand new MTV Video Music Awards teaser clip!

In the video, the Roar singer is shown emerging from a manhole in the middle of a New York City street, surrounded by a crowd of animal print-wearing 'KatyCats'. 

Miss Perry takes the ferocious theme even further, with a real live tiger padding along ahead of the group!

Yesterday Katy was announced as the third performer to hit the stage at the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards, joining previously announced artists Lady Gaga and Kanye West.

Katy Perry will perform Roar, the first single off her upcoming album Prism, at the MTV VMAs which will air on MTV UK from 8pm on Monday August 26.
