Russell Brand Sings & Dances For MTV VMAs

Russell Brand is seen singing and dancing on his way to host the MTV Video Music Awards in a new promo clip.

 

Our very own Russ’ is shown in a West Side Story style clip with his own gang of dancers, a cane and top hat on his way to the venue.

 

In the musical number the comedian offers to swap Moonmen statues for sexual favours singing: “Tonight, Tonight I know it’s impolite but I’ll swap them for sexual rewards.”

 

He continues by namechecking celebrities wailing: “Will saucy Pink and Katy Perry kiss? Yes they might- Tonight!”

 

The VMAs take place at the famous Radio City Hall in New York on September 13.

 

Taylor Swift, Ne-Yo and band Cobra Starship have also contributed to musical themed promos for our massive award show.

 

Jay-Z, Green Day, Muse and Lady GaGa are all confirmed to perform at the show.
