Among the many highlights of last nights 2006 MTV Video Music Awards was Lil Kims prisoner introduction.

Lil Kim, who served a prison sentence last year, took to the stage to present the first award of the evening dressed in a bright orange jumpsuit, flanked by two buff men in police uniforms. Thank you for keeping your lighters up for me for the whole last year, she told fans who screamed in support.

She then went on to present a fairly scared looking James Blunt the Best Male Video award for his Youre Beautiful clip, which may or may not have been written about Lil Kim.
