Take That & Muse Bag Vodafone Awards

Razorlight and U2 also get gongs at Vodafone Live Music Awards

Take That and Muse have taken home the two big prizes at first ever Vodafone Live Music Awards.

The inaugural VLMAs, which took place at The Roundhouse in London hosted by Chris Moyles, saw legendary boyband Take That fend off competition from the likes of Pink Floyd and The Who to win Best Live Return, in recognition of their reunion tour earlier this year that saw them play to half a million fans.

In accepting the award, Mark Owen from the boyband hinted that theyll be back on the road again next year.

Meanwhile, Muse added to their pile of awards for being really good live, by winning Best Live Act.

U2 won Best International Live Act, Razorlight - who opened the show " won Best DVD, and The Who were given the Lifetime Achievement honour.

Other performers at the first ever VLMAs included My Chemical Romance, James Morrison and Girls Aloud.
