Wayne Rooney allegedly told his wife Coleen and her family that they would be 'nothing without him' after news of his affair with a prostitute hit the press.
The shamed Manchester United footballer, who was exposed as a love-rat last week for being unfaithful to Coleen with £1,200 a night prostitute, Jenny Thompson allegedly hit out at his wife's family instead of trying to save is marriage.
According to Now magazine, Wayne 'infuriated' Coleen and her parents, Tony and Colette by claiming they wouldn't be where they are today without him.
A source told the celeb magazine: "Tony's told Coleen he could murder Wayne.He's taking a really tough stance this time because it's filtered back to him that Wayne's suggesting they'd still be living in a Crocky (Crotexth) sh*thole if it wasn't for his money,"

"This isn't the first time Wayne's been exposed as a cheat but whereas before he did his best to make amends, this time he's showing hardly any remorse."

The friend added: "Tony can't believe Wayne could hurt his daughter so badly again, then come out with something so insulting, which is why he wants to meet him to thrash it out."

Coleen is now said to have given Wayne one final chance and moved back into their marital home in a bid to rescue their relationship for the sake of their 10-month old son, Kai.
