We Are Scientists Announce Comeback Details

The US pranksters return with their new album Brain Thrust Mastery

We Are Scientists have announced details of their return to the indie scene with both a new album and new single due in the next few months.

After Hours will be released as a single on March 3 with their second album Brain Thrust mastery out two weeks later.

Trumpeting the new album the groups spokespeople explained: The band spent 2007 at weight-loss camps, alcoholics' dry-out facilities, and a race car school, yet has also found time to pen, record, and road-test their sophomore offering.

Recently We Are Scientists (now a two piece) also played universities in the UK and gave motivational lectures to students- no, really.

In 2006 the band recorded a video message to collect Arctic Monkeys Brit Award claiming to be new members of the Sheffield group.
