Westlife's Shane Filan has treated himself to a helicopter, he has revealed.
Speaking as a guest on today's TRL, Shane confirmed rumours that he's splashed out on his own helicopter and says although he has no idea about flying, he hopes to use it one day.
"Yes it's true, I have bought a helicopter," he told Dave and Alex. "I really like it. I can't fly it but I plan to get a licence one day."
Dave then pointed out that when Shane gets his licence he will be "flying without wings!" to which Shane replied only with a look of disgust, as if somebody had just spilled Guinness on his suit trousers.
Amongst other things, Westlife also talked on TRL about former bandmate Brian McFadden, saying that they like his solo stuff, and that he has told them that he would have loved to have been on their new big-band swing album, "cos he loves all that stuff,".
Westlife's new album 'Allow Us To Be Frank' was released Monday (November 8).
