Whitney Houston Autopsy Report Released

Full report reveals further details of singer's death...

The final autopsy report of Whitney Houston's tragic early death has been released by the LA County Coroner's office.

The full report, released yesterday, described the scene found by investigator's as they arrived at Houston's Beverly Hilton hotel room on February 11 and revealed evidence of drug use.
Coroner's supervisor Kirsty McCracken wrote in the report: "I collected... a spoon with a white crystal-like substance in it, a rolled up piece of white paper from off the top of a counter along the east wall in the bathroom.
"I also collected remnants of a white powdery substance from out of a drawer and from the bottom of a mirror in the same drawer in the bathroom counter."
An open champagne bottle, prescription medications and plates of food were also reportedly found in the room. There was, however, no official confirmation of any testing done on the white powder.
According to TMZ, the report revealed that Whitney had complained of a sore throat on the afternoon prior to her death. Her assistant suggested she take a bath but, upon returning less than an hour later, found the singer "lying face down in the bathtub, unresponsive."
Investigators noted that the bathtub contained "extremely hot water" and that Houston had a "bloody purge coming from her nose".
The final report confirmed that there was no evidence of foul play.
