After a few songs with Hayden on vocals it’s a bit of a relief when the more Ian Curtis-sounding Tom Fleming hits the microphone. On Two Dancers (i) the beat builds and broods with subtle use of a cowbell- not a phrase you often hear.

 

On this evidence it’s no surprise their recent album Two Dancers was such a cult favourite last year.
