The Smiths To Take Legal Action Over Split Rumours?
Reports claim they've discussed the false reports with a legal team...
As we previously reported, the superstar couple were forced to deny In Touch Weekly's claims they had split, releasing a statement confirming the rumours were false and that their 13-year marriage was still "intact".
According to Radar Online, the Smiths have apparently called upon the help of their legal team in a bid to end the allegations for good, with a source telling the website: "Will and Jada are not splitting and they’ve already got their legal team involved,”
They continued: "Like any other A-list couple they’re used to inaccurate reports sometimes, but when it comes to their marriage, they don’t appreciate anyone demeaning it.”
It is thought Will and Jada have discussed In Touch Weeky's story with their legal team and are still yet to decide if they are going ahead with legal action.
The insider added: "They’re good sports and they’re laughing about it, but they have to talk about it with their legal council to protect themselves,”
Amid the reports, the couple were spotted putting on a united front in Malibu yesterday, where they went shopping and had lunch together.
