30 celebrities including Will.I.Am, Fergie and Annie Lennox have joined forces with aid agencies Oxfam International, Comic Relief and Save the Children for the Global Call to Action Against Poverty campaign.

In My Name: End Poverty launched Monday- the same week leaders of every nation met at the U.N. in New York to discuss their progress on the Millennium Development Goals- which include ending extreme poverty and reducing child mortality.
