Bow To King Bad News Barrett Or Risk A Bullhammer To Your Crown Jewels
An unconventional modification to WWE star's finisher, admittedly, but sticking with the royal theme...
WWE's new King of the Ring has declared today one of celebration to mark his coronation: 'King Bad News of Barrett Day'.
Bad News elbowed his way through Dolph Ziggler, R Truth and Neville to be crowned the winner of the revived KotR tournament on the WWE Network in the early hours of this morning - and he seems very comfortable with his new regal status.
“Finally, there is a man with enough class and elegance to call himself the King!” he roared, before insisting he would rule "with an iron fist... and a Bullhammer!"
He was later urged by Triple H on Twitter to “seize the opportunity” of being WWE's King after avenging his recent Extreme Rules loss to high-flyer Neville.

In a way, he already has - insisting the national anthem be tweaked to reflect his ascent to the throne.

Altogether now: Send him victorious, happy and glorious, long to reign over us, God save the King.'

So, Bad News, is King Bad News of Barrett Day a public holiday? If it is, give us a couple of minutes and we'll happily get the bunting out... And go home to watch the Network non-stop, just like the last Bank Holiday.
