Pictured: Samoa Joe's First WWE Match Against Tyson Kidd
He's already stepped into the NXT ring to go nose-to-nose with Kevin Owens - and has also taped some matches for NXT yet to air on the WWE Network - but now Samoa Joe has made his 'proper' WWE debut, facing Tyson Kidd for Superstars.
Joe, 36, picked up the win in San Antonio with a Musclebuster during the record before Raw as the audience filed in for the main show.
According to reports, Joe has already signed a new - full-time - contract with WWE and will finish up his existing independent promotion dates.
It is unknown whether he will be part of NXT for an extended period before taking on a 'main roster' schedule.

Joe's merchandise sales are believed to have been so impressive, WWE bosses were keen to restructure his deal and tie him down.
