WWE Veteran Condemns Same-Sex Marriage Opponents
Grappling legend Stone Cold Steve Austin makes forceful plea for tolerance...
WWE legend Stone Cold Steve Austin has hit out at "motherf**kers" who oppose same-sex marriage.
The veteran wrestler tackled what has become a contentious issue in the US in an edition of his podcast a few months ago - but the audio has only just gone viral.
He said: "I'm for same-sex marriage. I don't give a s**t if two guys, two gals, guy-gal, whatever it is, I believe that any human being in America, or any human being in the goddamn world that wants to be married - and if it's same-sex, more power to 'em!"
And he also took a swipe at churches for organising opposition to same-sex marriage.
"What also chaps my ass, some of these churches, have the high horse that they get on and say 'we as a church do not believe in that'.
"Which one of these motherf**kers talked to God, and God said that same-sex marriage was a no-can-do?"
The 49-year-old wrestler recently opened Wrestlemania XXX with Hulk Hogan and Dwayne Johnson - and is rumoured to be in the frame for a one-off bout with John Cena or CM Punk.
