Gary Barlow is set to leave The X Factor after the current series, his pal Chris Evans has claimed.
The Radio 2 DJ spilled the beans to listeners on his breakfast show, saying: "Apparently Gary Barlow is feeling the pressure ahead of the live shows.
"By the way, this will be Gary's last year on The X Factor... because he told me last week."
Gazza is currently in his third year on the ITV talent show and has previously pledged to put his music career before the show - either with Take That or solo.
He has already announced a solo tour in the spring and is releasing a new album next month.
Sharon Osbourne has also recently [uuid=d8e6754f-ea99-4720-8ac8-ecd24cb4832d]reaffirmed that she intends to leave[/uuid] again after the current series - so there could be three empty seats on the judging panel for 2014.

Louis Walsh has repeatedly said he intends to retire after the current series.
