Geri Halliwell is reported to be the only celeb in talks to fill the vacant seat on Spice Girls star - who was a guest panelist on the 2010 series - is claimed by Tulisa, Gary BarlowandLouis Walsh on the ITV1 show, followingKelly Rowland's departure.

The first auditions for this year's series start this week in Liverpool - and Geri is said to be getting a "trial run".
A source told the paper: "Geri is not just a guest judge - she is our judge-in-waiting. We want her to do it and she wants to do it.
"We will be watching her like a hawk at Liverpool and fingers crossed it will go well and she'll be signed. We're not talking to anyone else."

Speaking of her stint on the panel, Halliwell has since stated: "I'm incredibly excited and proud to join The X Factor in Liverpool and have the opportunity to find a new star. Those four seats [on the panel] are the hottest seats in Britain right now.
"I hope to share all my experience and the ups and the downs of how to make it globally in the music industry with the contestants and I'm really looking forward to having a blast with Gary, Tulisa and the lovely Louis."
