The X Factor hopeful Katie Waissel has a secret boyfriend who she says looks like a young Jimi Hendrix.
The singer had an afternoon off yesterday and was spotted shopping with Leon Callanan in Covent Garden.

Waissel clearly enjoyed the trip as she suggested it had taken her mind of the public criticism of her.
She wrote on Twitter: “Ah sod it!! So what, who cares!!! ;) Have a smashing day and sod the rain!!dance in it!! Enjoy xx”
Katie told Heat recently about her new man, explaining: “We've been friends for years. He's like a young Jimi Hendrix. He's so rock and roll.
“It's early days, but I like him. He's so handsome and has such a big heart.”
Another report today claims that the young star is having hypnotherapy to combat her stagefright. On Sunday’s results show she gave up singing all together and sat on the floor.
