Kingsland Road Get The X Factor Boot
It's the end of the road for boy band as they face Tamera Foster in sing-off...
Kingsland Road have become the fourth act to go home from the live shows on The X Factor this year.
The five-piece boy band lost out in the sing-off against bookies' favourite Tamera Foster - after their rendition of James Morrison's I Won't Let You Go failed to convince the judges to keep hold of them.
Tamera performed Whitney Houston's I Have Nothing and secured the votes of Louis Walsh and Sharon Osbourne as well as her mentor Nicole Scherzinger.
Gary Barlow now only has one group left in the contest, having seen Miss Dynamix go home last weekend.
Reacting to the bad news, one of the band members said of their time on the show: "We loved it. Thank you Gary for everything."
And Barlow commented: "These guys were together for two years before they joined us. They should stick with what they're doing. They are a hit band and they will be a hit band in the future I'm certain of it."
The show saw guest performances from Taylor Swift with Gary Lightbody and from Little Mix.
Tamera was today reported to have been snogging Sam Callaghan.
