Kingsland Road Star Connor Breaks Man's Arm!

Kingsland Road star Connor broke a man's arm at an NME party.

No, it’s not exactly what you think – there was no drunken brawl – in fact the incident occurred during an arm wrestle! 

The ‘victim’, Gordon Reid explained the unusual series of events, telling The Daily Star: “The premise of the evening was that we went to various pubs around Farringdon, and each bar had lined up games. 

“We went to Bounce, which was full of ping-pong tables. Then we went to the Craft Beer Co. on Leather Lane. Somebody got the Twister mat out, it was all a bit cringeworthy.”

He continued: “Then some bright spark from NME suggested that the revellers start an arm wrestling competition. I thought, sure, I'll have a pop at [Connor from] Kingsland Road.” 

Little did the 6”4 music illustrator anticipate that 19-year-old ex-X Factor contestant was capable of breaking his arm…

Connor took to Twitter expressing his apologies, saying: “I feel terrible! Hope your ok”.

However, Gordon managed to see the funnier side of the things, tweeting: “Great @NME party last night and hats off to @ConnorKingsland for breaking my arm."

We're not sure Connor or Gordon will not be taking part in any arm wrestles, any time soon…
