Lucy Spraggan 'Could Quit The X Factor'
Sick contestant reportedly unhappy over pressure to play cover versions...
Lucy Spraggan is reported to be on the verge of quitting The X Factor because she's fed up with being told what to do by show bosses.
The Mirror claims that the 21-year-old, who didn't perform this weekend because she had flu, is unhappy that the ITV talent show's producers keep trying to get her to sing cover versions.
And the newspaper also reports a friend of hers saying that she wants to "be paid for the songs which she wrote that are selling on iTunes".
And the source added: "Lucy might quit – she's tired of being told off. She doesn't want to sing covers. She was loving it but she's unwell, which is making her negative."
Lucy - who has performed her own compositions on the show so far - will be back in the contest next week (if she doesn't walk first).
And a show spokesperson rubbished the report, saying: "She is very happy show-wise."
Jade Ellis got the boot from the show last night.
