The X Factor winner will release Miley Cyrus’ hit The Climb- according to reports.
The contestants have already recorded Journey’s 80s hit Don’t Stop Believin’ but it seems Simon Cowell has changed his choice.
The single will be released the week after the final and is highly likely to be this year’s Christmas number one following in the footsteps of Alexandra Burke’s Hallelujah.
The Climb featured in The Hannah Montana Movie earlier this year and reached number four in the US Hot 100. It’s written by country singer Jessi Alexander.
Currently competing to take the X Factor crown are Olly Murs, Danyl Johnson, Joe McElderry and Stacey Solomon.
