Miss Dynamix Get The X Factor Boot
Girl group lose out in sing-off against Hannah Barrett...
Gary Barlow and Nicole Scherzinger each sided with their acts, and Sharon Osbourne elected to send Miss Dynamix home.
Because they had lost the Flash Vote on Saturday night, this meant they were going home - although Louis Walsh confirmed that he would have been voting to give them the boot anyway.
And their mentor Gary admitted that he wasn't completely shocked by their exit.
"I was and I wasn't," he said. "I knew when they missed a week last week that, historically on the show, people don't like that.
"We knew we had a big mountain to climb, but I was hoping because of what happened last weekend, people would have shown a little bit more sympathy.
"The girls did a good performance last night. If I'm honest, anyone apart from Hannah in the sing-off would have been alright, but when I saw it was Hannah I was like, 'Oh God'.
"We're on week three of The X Factor. They made it to the last 12 - surely that's a sign that they're a good group. Stick together. Keep exploring this idea."
However, XF executive producer Simon Cowell seemed to disagree with the judges' decision, tweeting: "I would have kept miss dynamix. I don't get that decision."
Lady Gaga and The Wanted were the musical guests on last night's show, with Gaga performing a medley of her two newest releases Do What U Want and Venus.
