Nicole Scherzinger has reportedly been offered a permanent job on The X Factor following her recent guest judging spot.
The former Pussycat Dolls singer, who was a judge for just one series of The X Factor USA, was on the panel during the London auditions, alongside Gary Barlow, Tulisa and Louis Walsh.
Now, according to The Sun, X Factor bosses are trying to lure Nicole with a £500,000 deal.
An insider told the paper: "We are talking to Nicole about taking on the job full time. She is the only person in the frame.
"It's now down to money and whether she can commit to the show, which takes up most of the rest of the year.
"She has given us positive signs. But no one is counting their chickens after what happened with Dannii Minogue."
The question of who will replace last year's fourth judge, Kelly Rowland, has yet to be answered conclusively.
Dannii recently insisted she would not be returning and although Geri Halliwell was claimed to be a "judge-in-waiting", show bosses reportedly thought the former Spice Girls star lacked chemistry with the other judges.
